Job summary

Procon, Inc. is seeking a hands-on carpentry/industrial laborer to complete tasks on schedule and within budget. You will follow directions, work safely, and wear PPE while performing concrete and form-related duties at the job site.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, maintaining production pace, and reporting issues promptly to supervision. Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are preferred, with at least 1 year of trades experience and OSHA 10 certification.

Qualifications

• 1 year of practical trade experience is required.
• The ability to speak English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• General: Carpenters are required to perform a variety of tasks depending on job needs and supervisor instructions.
• Must be able to lift and carry 100 lbs repeatedly or continuously over time without fatigue.
• Safety conscious and able to follow directions.
• Maintain personal work pace to accomplish production goals set by site leadership.
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, excavators, backhoes, forklifts, power finishing trowels as required.
• Assist with accurate time collection and report any mechanical problems with equipment or vehicles.
