Job summary

Procon, Inc. is seeking a skilled carpenter to join the team in a hands-on role focused on construction tasks and safety. You will follow supervisor directions and work with a range of equipment and materials on site.

Applicants should have at least one year of trade experience, basic English (Spanish preferred), and OSHA 10 certification. The position requires lifting up to 100 lbs and strict adherence to PPE and safety procedures on a dynamic jobsite.

Responsibilities

• General: Carpenters are required to perform a variety of tasks per supervisor instructions.
• Experience with concrete work is mandatory, including tilt wall forms, footings, slab work and formwork for columns/decks/parking structures.
• Maintain a safe, organized jobsite and follow safety policies; be able to lift up to 100 lbs repeatedly when required.
• Equipment/Vehicle Operation: operate skid steers, excavators, backhoes, forklifts, power finishing trowels and motor vehicles as needed; perform daily inspections.
