Job summary

Procon, Inc. is seeking a hardworking carpenter for a hands-on role requiring precise follow-through on assigned tasks. You will work with the crew to complete tilt wall forms, footings, slabs, and structural elements while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The position emphasizes following directions, staying productive, and communicating equipment or material needs ahead of time. A minimum of 1 year in a trade and OSHA-10 are preferred, with English and Spanish language capability

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of practical trade experience is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record is required to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of carpentry tasks per supervisor instructions.
• Work with concrete tilt wall forms, footings, slabs, and structural forms.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite to prevent hazards.
• Operate equipment as required and report any issues promptly.
• Assist with time collection and reporting any near misses or incidents.
