Job summary

Metromont LLC in Bartow, FL is seeking a Bed Utility Associate to support the setup and pour team by preparing and placing materials in forms as directed. This entry-level role emphasizes safety, accurate material handling, and teamwork on a sheltered outdoor site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-1 years of construction experience preferred.
• Able to read a tape measure preferred.
• Able to use basic construction tools preferred.
• Able to read blueprints preferred.

Responsibilities

• General housekeeping and waste disposal throughout the shift
• Collect and prepare materials as directed
• Prepare and clean forms
• Place items in forms as directed
• Assist with concrete pours as needed
• Assist with raking, screeding, and leveling concrete as needed
• Adhere to all Metromont and OSHA safety rules and regulations
• Housekeeping as necessary to maintain work area, tools, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner
