Qualifications

• Ability to read basic construction plans and measurements.
• Experience with concrete formwork and setting forms.

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Build, set, and dismantle concrete forms according to plans and site requirements.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install lumber for formwork.
• Set forms for foundations, walls, slabs, footings, and columns.
• Inspect forms for alignment, stability, and safety before concrete placement.
• Strip and remove forms after concrete has set.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow OSHA procedures.
