Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment and materials to promote safe, efficient construction.
• Ensure equipment is operated and maintained correctly.
• Maintain reporting records: job quantities, productivity, time sheets, and daily reports.
• Assist in developing weekly schedule and sequencing for the crew.
• Ensure timely completion within estimated costs while upholding quality workmanship.
• Ensure crew safety and conduct toolbox meetings; communicate plans and schedules.
• Monitor compliance with all company policies.
