Hutch Paving is seeking a working Concrete Foreman to join our team in a frontline supervisory role. You will oversee, assign, and communicate tasks to crew members while estimating labor and material needs for concrete construction projects.

The role requires concrete finishing skills, reading drawings, strong leadership, and the ability to train employees. Overtime and weekend work may be required as part of project needs.

Qualifications

• Working experience as Concrete Foreman
• Concrete finishing skills
• In-depth knowledge of concrete procedures
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
• Good math skills
• Availability to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, assign, and communicate tasks to crew members.
• Estimate the amount of labor and materials required for concrete construction projects.
• Ability to train employees.
