Job summary

TIC_Craft in the United States seeks a Lead Construction Supervisor to effectively lead and manage crew daily activities and production according to project timelines, plans, specifications, codes and industry standards, and provide safety and operational training.

You will plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment and materials, ensure equipment operation and maintenance, and maintain daily management reports; overtime and outdoor work in all weather conditions may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials to promote safe, efficient and timely construction.
• Ensure construction equipment is correctly operated and maintained.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, productivity rates, time sheets and daily management reports.
• May assist in developing a weekly schedule and sequencing of activities for the crew.
• Responsible for timely completion of work within estimated costs while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Ensure safety of crew according to company and government rules.
• Communicate safety concerns, work scope, plans and schedules to leadmen and crews.
• Monitor compliance with company policies.
