Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to plan, supervise crews and train safety practices.
• Knowledge of scheduling, material control and job cost management systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to pass pre-access drug and alcohol testing and fit for duty.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials to promote safe, efficient and timely construction.
• Ensure that construction equipment is correctly operated and maintained.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, productivity rates, time sheets and daily management reports.
• Assist in developing a weekly schedule and sequence of activities for the crew.
• Responsible for timely completion of work within estimated costs while upholding quality workmanship.
• Ensure safety of the crew and conduct operations according to safety rules.
• Lead toolbox meetings and communicate safety concerns, work scope, plans and schedules to leads and crews.
• Monitor compliance with company policies.
