Job summary

Southeast Connections, LLC seeks a Foreman to supervise a concrete crew on job sites, ensuring safety and compliance with installation standards. You will manage field operations, control costs, and align activities with the project schedule while mentoring crew members.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of foreman experience, 3 years of concrete experience, and the ability to operate a mini excavator. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Education: 4 year post secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: High school diploma.
• Experience: at least 1 year as foreman; 3 years concrete experience; 1 year operating mini excavator.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a concrete crew, providing hands-on support.
• Trains crew members in safety policies.
• Completes required daily paperwork.
• Oversees placement of concrete, asphalt and sod where needed.
• Protects workers by erecting barricades, cones and signs.
