This hands-on role focuses on planning work, supervising crews, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe job site.

The position requires strong blueprint reading, layout skills, and knowledge of OSHA safety standards, with travel to regional job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in industrial concrete or form carpentry.
• 2+ years’ experience leading construction crews.
• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• Experience with concrete forming, rebar, anchor bolts, concrete placement, and finishing.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel to regional job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crews of 5–10 carpenters, finishers, and laborers
• Plan daily work activities and assign tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Perform layout for concrete formwork and anchor bolts
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment
