Ground Up Construction Recruiting is partnered with a commercial general contractor in Kearney, NE to help them hire a Concrete Foreman.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity with a company that values craftsmanship, integrity, and team culture. They’ve built a strong reputation over the years for doing quality work, treating employees right, and never laying off their concrete crew—even in the winter.

As a Concrete Foreman, you’ll lead a crew of 4 to 10 and work directly in the field - setting forms, placing and finishing concrete, ensuring proper curing, and overseeing key steps like anchor bolt placement and saw cutting. You'll take direction from the Superintendent and be expected to push, teach, and motivate your crew to hit quality and budget goals.

Projects are within a 60-mile radius of Kearney on average. The typical schedule is Monday-Friday starting between 6:30–7:00am and working until the day’s job is done, with occasional weekends depending on project needs.

• Can manage 1+ sites depending on project size and complexity
