Fabcon in Grove City, OH is seeking a Field Patching Crew Member – Central Region to join our precast concrete panel finishing crew. This full-time position handles concrete finishing, patching, and related labor under the supervision of the foreperson.

The role requires construction experience, physical stamina for outdoor work, and the ability to travel extensively with potential overnight stays. We offer safety reimbursements and overtime opportunities as part of a competitive compensation

Qualifikationen

• Construction experience required; concrete finishing experience preferred.
• General knowledge of construction practices; two or more years of construction or manual labor experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform concrete finishing, patching, and general construction labor to finish precast concrete panels.
• Complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently as part of a patching crew.
• Follow work direction provided by the Patching Crew Foreperson.
• Perform additional construction and field duties as assigned by the foreperson.
• Use materials and supplies efficiently and handle tools and equipment responsibly.
• Follow all established safety policies, procedures, and jobsite requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct and work effectively with crew members and other jobsite personnel.
