Qualifications

• 1–2 years of concrete finishing experience.
• Proficiency in finishing techniques and ability to read blueprints.
• Must lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Smooth, level concrete floors, sidewalks, curb and gutter.
• Use hand and power tools to texture and finish surfaces.
• Apply broom finishes or stamped patterns as required.
• Prepare work areas and cooperate with team on pouring.
• Inspect finished work for quality and safety; patch as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and meet timelines.
