C.W. Roberts Contracting, Inc. (CWR) is seeking a Concrete Finisher for our local Pensacola operations.

The role requires skilled finishing of freshly poured concrete, form setting, and jointing to ensure proper curing and surface quality. Candidates should have at least 2 years of concrete finishing experience, be capable of lifting heavy loads, and be willing to work days, nights, or weekends as needed. Competenze

• 2+ years of experience as a concrete finisher.
• Skilled in smoothing and finishing freshly placed concrete.
• Able to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks.

Mansioni

• Operates a screed to level freshly placed concrete according to grade and depth specification.
• Smooth concrete surface using hand trowel, bull float, or riding trowel machines.
• Cut joints/grooves with edging tools and saw-cut joints for cracking control.
• Apply curing compounds to harden and seal surfaces.
• Monitor curing conditions with wind, heat, and cold.
