Job summary

Education includes a High School Diploma or GED, with 1–2 years of experience preferred. Candidate must be comfortable wearing a harness at heights and working varied shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of concrete finishing experience preferred.
• Willing to work day, swing, and night shifts.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Pour, spread, level, and finish concrete to specs.
• Operate equipment such as trowels, bull floats, edgers, and finishing tools.
• Mold joints and edges; patch concrete surfaces as needed.
• Assist with formwork and basic subgrade tasks when required.
• Follow safety guidelines and work with a team to meet deadlines.
