Qualifications

• Three years of concrete finishing or related work experience.
• Understands and conveys basic English commands, questions, and instructions regarding commercial construction.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.

Responsibilities

• Deliver predictable outcomes for internal and external teams and customers.
• Work with honesty, unity, safety, and quality of work.
• Apply materials to hardened concrete walls for a smoother architectural appearance.
• Identify hazards and ask for clarification when needed.
