ForceSource seeks a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our construction team in Des Moines, IA. The ideal candidate will finish, form, and restore concrete surfaces while adhering to safety standards and project specs.

You will work on diverse construction sites, reading blueprints, operating power tools and heavy equipment, and collaborating with the crew to ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete finishing and restoration.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand project requirements.
• Experience with hardscape installation is a plus.
• Capable of operating heavy equipment safely on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up work areas with safety measures.
• Operate concrete mixers and pour concrete.
• Perform forming, finishing, and restoration per specs.
• Install reinforcement for structural integrity.
• Read blueprints to determine dimensions and requirements.
• Use hand tools and heavy equipment safely to complete tasks.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely project completion.
• Perform heavy lifting as needed.
• Maintain clean work environment and proper waste disposal.
