Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a manufacturing associate to produce precast concrete products in a safe, efficient, and high-quality manner. The role is based in an industrial setting and requires attention to detail and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Experience with concrete finishing is preferred. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits as part of CRH."

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of concrete finishing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Finish concrete.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
