Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a concrete finisher in Texas to complete exposed concrete surfaces for infrastructure projects. You will work outdoors in variable weather and contribute to the finishing of paving, medians, and concrete structures.

The role requires physical endurance and the ability to follow safety protocols; prior concrete or construction exposure is helpful, but not mandatory. Training is provided within a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform heavy physical tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Experience with concrete finishing or general construction helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow safety policies and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Finish exposed surfaces of fresh concrete paving, medians, and related structures.
• Operate bridge deck finishing machine and assist with shaping edges and joints.
• Finish curbs, gutters, and repair imperfections with new concrete.
• Maintain safety and quality while supporting project teams.
