Job summary

Ferrovial, a global leader in infrastructure, is seeking a hands-on Supervisor/Foreman to join Webber’s Houston operations. You will work from plans to build, assemble, fit, and set forms for concrete structures, lead a crew, and ensure quality and safety on site.

Responsibilities include setting forms to line and level, reading plans, coordinating with survey crews, and supervising formwork installation and stripping.

Qualifications

• English communication required for verbal and written instructions.
• Three or more years of related construction experience preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set forms to line and level, read and understand plans.
• Work with survey crew to set stringline for paving and curb.
• Construct forms for placement of concrete and structures.
• Strip forms after concrete is placed and assist with form checks.
