Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set forms to line and level and read plans.
• Coordinate with survey crew to set stringlines for paving and curbs.
• Construct forms for concrete placement and structures.
• Inspect forms during concrete placement and readiness for stripping.
• Direct others in stripping forms after concrete placement.
• Install miscellaneous materials in forming projects.
• Install pre-cast concrete elements as required.
• Prepare for slip-forming traffic rails and median barriers.
• Install permanent metal deck forms for structures.
• Use hand and power tools to complete tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
