Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with outdoor construction work and concrete finishing.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE.
• Must be able to lift and carry materials on site.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building forms for concrete pours.
• Setting up forms and reinforcing with wire mesh.
• Pouring concrete and spreading/smoothing with trowels.
• Applying stains or colors for finishes and decorative elements.
• Adding decorative stones and components as directed.
• Applying waterproofing and sealants to finished work.
• Monitoring curing and ensuring a durable finish.
• Extreme weather site work and teamwork on outdoor sites.
• Assist with excavation, grading, and material handling.
• Operate power tools safely and maintain equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and keep work area clean.
