What You’ll Need

• Knowledge of underground utility installation, excavation regulations, and pipeline safety (Foreman position)
• Ability to work in a crew-based environment
• Punctuality and dependability
• Previous asphalt paving/placement experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to read and follow construction site drawings, blueprints, diagrams, and specifications preferred
• Prior experience in operating a variety of heavy equipment preferred
• Maintain all necessary tools for Equipment Operators
• Physically able to perform tasks involving climbing, lifting, balancing, and handling materials
• Skilled in forming and pouring ADA ramps; concrete highway dowel work experience is a plus
• Capable of understanding and following oral and written instructions
• Able to perform manual labor for extended periods in various weather conditions
