Job summary

Ten Mile is seeking Asphalt Laborers/Operators for their Washington, PA location. These individuals will assist with asphalt paving projects, operate paving equipment, and ensure quality workmanship on every job site.

The position offers year-round work opportunities, including in other divisions during winter months. Ideal candidates are motivated, safety-conscious, and eager to learn, with or without prior experience in asphalt paving.

Qualifications

• Experience in asphalt paving and/or road construction preferred.
• Pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and criminal background check.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to maintain a Medical Examiner’s Certificate for DOT vehicles.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures.
• Wear PPE in designated operations and production areas.
• Professional and courteous attitude.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Report to work at the designated start time.
• Great attention to detail and stress tolerance.
