The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering, experience in structural concrete estimating, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of negotiated and hard bids is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with structural concrete estimating preferred.
• Experience on projects over $1 million.
• Knowledge of negotiated bids and hard bids.

Aufgaben

• Set up estimates with correct alternates, general conditions, and pricing.
• Perform quantity take-offs for concrete scope items using take-off software.
• Prepare bid information and turnover details for operations and pre-construction teams.
• Ensure accurate information is delivered to field staff to support project execution.
