Job summary

The role requires 2+ years of construction estimating experience and a relevant degree. You will collaborate with project teams and clients to deliver accurate proposals and timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months of experience in construction estimating or related work.
• At least 2 months of training in estimating software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Find and select concrete jobs to bid on.
• Perform site walks to observe conditions affecting bids.
• Prepare RFIs to resolve conflicts in bid documents.
• Review bids and present proposals to clients.
• Monitor bid progress and communicate with project teams.
• Support cost reduction efforts and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Attend estimating and project meetings.
