Job summary

Nibbi Brothers General Contractors is seeking a Concrete Estimator to develop detailed cost estimates for the structural concrete scope on assigned projects. You'll assess risks, collaborate with internal teams, and partner with vendors/subcontractors to produce competitive estimates.

The role reports to the Concrete Division Manager and requires 3–5 years' estimating experience in construction, with engineering education. Strong math, plan reading, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, or related technical degree, and 3 to 5 years of estimating experience in the construction industry.
• Advanced math skills and ability to visualize in 2D/3D; strong plan/spec interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Quantify material costs, labor costs, and sub-buys for projects.
• Lead creation of proposals and bids with project team.
• Coordinate with vendors and trade partners; manage bid lists.
