Marek Sawing & Drilling, LLC is seeking motivated individuals to join as Concrete Sawing & Drilling Helper/Trainees. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and mentorship to advance into an Operator role on commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Construction, concrete, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn a skilled trade.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to travel locally.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong focus on safety, precision, and teamwork.
• Comfortable working outdoors, indoors, or confined environments.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete sawing, core drilling, demolition, and removal activities on active job sites.
• Support layout, measuring, and precision cutting operations.
• Assist with demolition and structural modification projects.
• Work safely in commercial, industrial, medical, and roadway environments.
• Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, Silica Safety standards, and OSHA regulations.
• Perform daily equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
• Learn the safe operation of specialized equipment, including wall saws, hand saws and ring saws, skid steers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment and materials.
