Job summary

RA Holdings Group is seeking a Concrete Cutter Foreman for our Ladybug Concrete Specialties branch in Richmond, VA. You will lead cutting crews, set up saws and drills, and manage daily site activities across commercial and government projects.

The role requires traveling to project sites around Richmond and Charlottesville, with a daytime schedule of Monday–Friday and overtime opportunities. Valid ID, background check, and drug testing are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and operate power tools up to 50 lbs.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license with REAL ID.
• Must be able to obtain DBIDS military badge and pass background check.
• Must be able to drive to project sites across Richmond, Charlottesville, and surrounding area.
• Able to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work with concrete cutting crews to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Set up and operate concrete saws, core drills, and cutting equipment.
• Coordinate daily crew assignments, equipment, materials, and site activities to meet schedules.
• Oversee cutting and drilling for demolition, renovations, and new construction.
• Train and mentor crew members in equipment operation and safety.

RA Holdings, through ourLadybug Concrete Specialtiesbranch, is looking for a Concrete Cutter Foreman in Richmond, VA.

Specializing in concrete-cutting, core drilling, joint sealing, grinding and polishing services tailored to the needs of military, commercial, industrial, and government clients. Whether supporting new construction, renovations, or specialized industrial needs, we deliver work that reflects high standards and deep experiences.

Essential Job Duties:

• Lead and work alongside concrete cutting crews to safely and efficiently complete assigned projects.
• Set up and operate concrete saws, core drills, and specialized cutting equipment for various concrete structures and surfaces.
• Coordinate daily crew assignments, equipment, materials, and job site activities to meet project schedules and deadlines.
• Oversee concrete saw cutting and core drilling for demolition, renovation, restoration, repair, and new construction projects.
• Perform and supervise precision cutting and core drilling of concrete floors, walls, slabs, foundations, pavement, and structural concrete.
• Train, mentor, and support crew members in proper equipment operation, safety procedures, and concrete cutting techniques.
• Work on commercial, industrial, data center, infrastructure, military, and government construction projects as assigned.

Required Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications:

• Physical ability to safely lift, carry, and operate power tools and equipment weighing 30-50 lbs. or more.
• Clean driving record, or no-fault accidents, to qualify for our Company Auto Insurance.
• Must have the REAL ID Driver’s License and must have had it for at least 3 years.
• Must be able to obtain DBIDS military badging which includes a background check.
• Ability to drive to project sites throughout Richmond, Charlottesville, and regional area.
• Ability to pass a drug test.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 6:30am-4:00pm

Location:

• Richmond, VA and surrounding areas

Pay:

• $28-$30hr and more depending on experience
