You will manage budgets, schedules, contracts, risk, quality, and customer relationships while coordinating with Superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers. The candidate should have 5+ years of project management in concrete construction, strong financial acumen, and a track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing concrete construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and profitability.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and standards.
• Experience forecasting, financial tracking, and risk management.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and change orders.
• Knowledge of RFIs, RFPs and submittals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall direction and execution of concrete construction projects.
• Review drawings, specs, scope of work and contract requirements.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost tracking and profitability.
• Identify and actively manage project risks.
• Lead pre-job meetings with stakeholders and coordinate field teams.
• Develop and track RFIs and submittals; manage schedules.
• Ensure safety, quality control and compliance with policies.
• Close out projects with punch lists and final documentation.
