Year Round Paycheck! CAT Scale Company is hiring dedicated concrete construction laborers to travel across the United States to maintain and repair over 2,240 CAT Scales. Our employees enjoy a full-time position with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, ensuring year-round income and steady paychecks whether on the road or at home.

Responsibilities

• Work with diverse individuals, including crew members, foremen, maintenance crews, subcontractors, and customers.
• Perform concrete work and repairs
• Repair scale decks
• Excavate trenches for conduit
• Use various tools
• Maintain CAT Scale equipment
• Travel 2-3 weeks at a time, working 7 days a week

Requirements

• Construction background helpful; concrete experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all types of people
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Accountability, attention to detail, and initiative
• Ability to lift and move 50-75 pounds, stand, kneel, and bend for long periods
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across the U.S. and Canada
• Ability to obtain a Passport
• Adhere to safety guidelines
• Reside within two hours of Walcott, Iowa

License

• Valid Class A CDL preferred or ability to obtain within 3 months
