Responsibilities

• Actively utilize resources to understand project scope and the plans for safety and quality.
• Impact the project by developing plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback.
• Manage the daily safety, quality, and execution of your work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with our teams during the project execution process.
• Duties may include field engineering, forming walls and columns, inspections, loadout, finish, prep & forming slabs, and more.
