Lithko Contracting is offering a Concrete Construction Intern role where you will spend about 12 weeks learning the fundamentals of concrete construction on the job site. Your dedicated manager and mentors are invested in your success as you are introduced to various phases of work.

Through our integration program, you have the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills applicable inside and outside of the classroom.

Qualifications

• You are working towards a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• You must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Actively utilize resources to understand project scope, schedule, safety and quality plans.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of your work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with our teams through the project execution process.
• Assist with field engineering, forming walls and columns, inspections, loadout, and tracking.
• Demonstrate drive to excel, be action-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn.
