Job summary

Lithko Contracting offers a Concrete Construction Intern program that runs for approximately 12 weeks on the job site. A dedicated manager and mentors are invested in your success as you are introduced to various phases of concrete construction.

Through our integration (training) program, you will gain knowledge and skills applicable inside and outside the classroom, with opportunities to grow and learn hands-on with our teams.

Qualifications

• You must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• You are working towards a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in understanding project scope, schedule, safety and quality plans.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback and performance.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of your work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with our teams through the daily preparation plan and the project execution process.
• Duties may include field engineering, forming walls and columns, inspections, loadout, finish placement, slab preparation, and quantity take-offs.
