• Familiarity with estimating software including On-Screen Takeoff and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs using CSI coding across project documents.
• Evaluate subcontractor bids and scopes of work for comprehensive coverage.
• Develop project understanding from plans and specifications.
• Visit sites for pre-bid meetings, tours, and post-bid interviews.
• Collect data and analyze to forecast accurate estimates.
• Conduct cost risk analysis and prepare detailed bids.
• Maintain vendor relationships with clients, design teams, and suppliers.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities in designs and materials.
