Role Description

The Concrete Construction Estimator is a full-time, on-site role based in Sulphur Springs, TX. This position is responsible for reviewing plans and specifications, performing detailed quantity take-offs, and preparing accurate cost estimates for concrete projects in both commercial and residential settings. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project requirements, requesting and reviewing vendor and subcontractor quotes, and developing clear, competitive bids. The Estimator will collaborate closely with project managers, field supervisors, and leadership to ensure budgets are aligned with project scopes and timelines. The role also involves maintaining organized estimate records, updating cost databases, and communicating estimate assumptions and clarifications to internal teams and clients.
