Qualifications

• Experience in construction or concrete coatings is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Reliable, punctual and safety‑minded with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate concrete grinders and surface preparation equipment
• Install premium epoxy, urethane, and polyaspartic coating systems
• Perform concrete repairs and crack repairs
• Maintain clean, organized job sites
• Deliver exceptional craftsmanship on every project
