Job summary

Colorful Concrete Solutions in Wisconsin is hiring installation technicians to join a growing, hands-on team. If you enjoy working with your hands and seeing tangible results, this role offers training and no prior concrete coating experience is required.

You will prepare trucks, mix coatings, install systems, and ensure quality on residential and commercial projects. A reliable driver’s license and physical stamina are important; overtime is available and you’ll develop trade skills for life.

Qualifications

• No prior concrete coating experience required; training provided.
• Applicants should demonstrate reliability, work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to perform physical work and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare trucks with tools, materials and equipment each morning.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean and organized vehicles, trailers and work areas.
• Verify equipment readiness and report maintenance needs.
• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, grinding and repair procedures.
• Mix and handle coating products according to standards.
• Assist with installation of concrete coating systems.
• Operate and maintain installation equipment.
• Follow all safety practices and company procedures.
• Complete detailed cleanup and final job-site preparation.
• Represent the company professionally with customers.

What You'll Do

As an Installation Technician, you'll work alongside experienced team members to complete residential and commercial concrete coating projects.

Project Preparation

• Prepare trucks with tools, materials, and equipment each morning

• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently

• Maintain clean and organized vehicles, trailers, and work areas

• Verify equipment readiness and report maintenance needs

Installation & Surface Preparation

• Prepare concrete surfaces through cleaning, grinding, and repair procedures

• Mix and handle coating products according to company standards

• Assist with the installation of concrete coating systems

• Operate and maintain installation equipment

• Follow all safety practices and company procedures

Quality & Customer Experience

• Ensure every project meets company quality standards

• Complete detailed cleanup and final job-site preparation

• Conduct final inspections with crew leaders

• Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers

Teamwork & Growth

• Work closely with crew leaders and fellow technicians

• Participate in ongoing training and skill development

• Continuously improve efficiency, craftsmanship, and technical knowledge
