Black Diamond Concrete Coatings is seeking a motivated, dependable installer to join our growing team. You will operate grinders and surface prep equipment, and install epoxy, urethane, and polyaspartic coatings on commercial and residential projects. We value craftsmanship, safety, and reliability.

• Experience in construction or concrete coatings is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Reliable, punctual and safety‑minded with a positive attitude.
