Job summary

Guardian Garage Floors in Ocala, FL is seeking installers for concrete flooring systems on customer sites. The roles include preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and delivering high-quality finishes.This is a hands-on, team-focused position with paid on-the-job training, paid vacation, holidays, and overtime eligibility. Year-round work and performance-based pay increases are available, with a commitment to safety and excellent customer service on every project.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Some alternate shifts may be required; nights and/or weekends may be necessary.
• Must have a valid MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).

Responsibilities

• Load & unload materials & equipment as needed.
• Operate walk behind and/or handheld concrete grinder.
• Apply concrete coatings.
• Communicate with customers & other personnel.
• Maintain clean, organized, and SAFE work environment.

Looking for both an Installer & Lead Installer whose primary function is to prepare and install concrete flooring systems.

Job Tasks

Load & unload materials & equipment as needed.

Operate walk behind and/or handheld concrete grinder.

Apply concrete coatings.

Communicate with customers & other personnel.

Maintain clean, organized, and SAFE work environment.

Requirements
