Job summary

Methuen Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a skilled Concrete Carpenter for a full-time, hourly position in New Hampshire.

You will prefabricate forms, assemble forming systems, and install finishes across water, wastewater, and industrial projects on active job sites. Responsibilities include erecting scaffolding, installing doors and trim, and ensuring safe, accurate placement of wall castings and anchors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or related work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Prefabricate forms for concrete footings, walls, columns, and slabs.
• Assemble prefabricated forming systems.
• Set screeds, chamfer, and rustication strips in formwork.
• Erection and assembly of wood framing, blocking, nailers, strapping, and carpenters iron.
• Install doors, finishes, trim, and hardware; install drywall and metal framing.
• Erect scaffolding and staging for all trades; install ceilings and flooring as needed.
• Set, place, and align wall castings and anchors.
