Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a skilled form setter to join our Arkansas field crew in Redfield. You will read plans, lay out forms, install rebar and embeds, and help pour and finish concrete structures on site.

Candidates should have intermediate experience, the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions, and proficiency with hand and power tools. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and safety is a priority on every project.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with related experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow written instructions.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong communication with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Read prints and plans to visualize 3D structures.
• Construct, erect, install forms and rebar.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install forms per specs.
• Erect formed structures and pour concrete.
