Job summary

Luck Stone Corporation's Atlanta Plant is seeking a C&D Associate to support our concrete recycling and aggregate operations. You will operate with conveyor systems, sorting and separating construction debris and rock to recycle into reusable materials.

This is physical, outdoor work where every sorted piece matters in a larger mission. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED; prior sorting/assembly experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior pick line, assembly line, or sorting experience preferred but not required.
• Basic familiarity with construction or mining equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sort stone, construction debris, and aggregate material on conveyors.
• Assist with extraction, crushing, conveying, inventory, and service of products and machinery.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections at the start of each shift.
• Familiarize with equipment and plant operations to support safe, efficient daily performance.
• Help keep the site clean, organized, and safe during the shift.
