Qualifications

• Reads and interprets orders to control mix design and slump.
• Maintains safety records and adheres to lockout/tagout procedures.
• Operates batching facilities to maximize production levels.

Responsibilities

• Operates computer controlled batching system transferring product from storage to ready-mix trucks.
• Reads and interprets computer orders to control mix design and slump.
• Weighs product using computer and monitors control boards.
• Inspects loading trucks and concrete quality; maintains daily records.
• Maintains inventories and orders materials; inspects silo and weigh hoppers.
