Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a Batch Plant Operator to control production and load out of materials, and to schedule deliveries to meet customer needs. The role emphasizes producing on-time, in-spec concrete and maintaining equipment and records.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of batching experience, and the ability to follow instructions. CDL is preferred, and training for certifications may be offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to two years batching-related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions; communicate effectively on radio/phone system.

Responsibilities

• Batch concrete loads according to mix designs and specifications.
• Conduct batching operations in a safe and compliant manner.
• Produce on-time & in-spec concrete for customers; manage delivery tickets.
