Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a leading provider of concrete and infrastructure solutions in North America, seeks a machine operator to run a stationary batching system weighing concrete materials in a manufacturing setting. The role supports production by moving materials, mixing concrete, and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, maintaining machines, and performing basic preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Bilingual is a plus for some roles.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus for production environments.
• Forklift experience is a plus and beneficial for material handling.

Responsibilities

• Operates a stationary batching system that weighs out concrete materials.
• Operates mobile equipment to move material from storage to weighing hoppers.
• Operates a batching system to mix and pour concrete into molds.
• Operate all equipment necessary to support production operations.
• Maintain equipment and machines including basic preventative maintenance.
• Responsible for quality control and assurance.
