Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Atlanta, GA seeks a Concourse Manager to lead operations across airport concourses for our food service locations. You will drive exceptional results while sustaining premium service and brand standards.

You will mentor unit-level management teams, forecast labor, oversee schedules, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and P&L objectives to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma, some college preferred.
  • 2-5 years restaurant management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong organizational ability.
  • Ability to forecast sales and manage labor costs.
  • Proven leadership in a diverse workforce and guest service focus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior leadership in maximizing sales and profits by meeting/exceeding budgets.
  • Monitor policies, procedures, standards, and training programs to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee food prep methods to meet brand and company standards.
  • Place orders with suppliers and check quality on delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain sanitation standards.
  • Forecast labor and staff scheduling; recruit, hire, and train staff.
  • Ensure health, safety, and liquor regulations; manage opening/closing procedures.

Job Title: Concourse ManagerDepartment: OperationsReports To: General Manager/Director of OperationsStatus: ExemptDate: May 2025Salary:Broad Responsibilities:Lead operations across airport concourses food service locations by driving exceptional results,maintaining company culture, and managing relationships with brands and airport authority. Holdaccountability for financial, operational, and guest service objectives while sustaining best-in-class workenvironments. Develop strategic training initiatives and provide leadership to ensure consistentpremium service delivery that exceeds Food and Beverage standards. Direct and mentor unit-levelmanagement teams to achieve operational excellence and foster associate growthMain Duties & Responsibilities:1. Assist the senior leadership in maximizing sales and profits by meeting and exceedingsales budgets.2. Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, andtraining programs.3. Monitor food preparation and methods to ensure compliance with brand andcompany specification and standards.4. Estimate food consumption, place orders with suppliers, and check quality standardsupon delivery of food and beverage.5. Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service through company standards.6. Maintain sanitation standards and keep appropriate records.7. Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety standards andliquor regulations (where applicable) are followed in adherence to state and localguidelines.8. Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organizedand timely manner.9. Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services (as needed)10. Maintain opening and closing procedures and security standards.11. Make employment and termination recommendation consistent with companyguidelines.12. Ensure all employees follow company dress code guidelines.13. Recruit, hire and oversee Brand & Company training for staff.14. Forecast labor and staff schedule appropriately as business dictates.15. Responsible for onboarding and continued development of associates assigned totheir concept.16. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisorSkills and Qualifications1.
