Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. in Boston is seeking a friendly Front Desk/Office Support to welcome employees and visitors and keep the reception running smoothly.

You will manage visitor registrations, direct guests, coordinate access passes, and support office operations with internal teams on-site. The role is on-site, Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–12:30 PM, with a base pay range of $20.58–$27.37 per hour plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree required; hospitality, communications, or event management preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, office coordination, or workplace support roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming, positive demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional presence.
  • Highly organized with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • On-site role, Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM–12:30 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome all PUMA employees, business guests, and visitors, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Serve as a connector across the headquarters, helping occupants navigate the building and understand resources.
  • Manage all front desk operations, including visitor registration and guest check-ins.
  • Oversee employee and visitor access card programs.
  • Triage tickets in the ticketing system.
  • Support Central Services and HR with administrative tasks (ordering catering, processing invoices, etc.).
  • Help plan and execute company events, team lunches, celebrations, and in-office activities.
  • Support general office announcements and reminders using internal channels and platforms.

YOUR TALENT
  • Associate's degree required; preferred fields include Hospitality, Communications, or Event Management.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, office coordination, or workplace support roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to create welcoming, positive experiences for employees, guests, and visitors.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable supporting in-person workplace operations and acting as a first point of contact in an office setting.
  • Availability for an on-site role, Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM-12:30 PM

The hiring range base pay for this position is $20.58-$27.37 + Bonus + Benefits
