Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas is seeking a Butler Concierge to manage VIP villa guest arrivals and departures, and to assist with city and property inquiries. You will handle check-in/out for Villas and coordinate dining, shows, and other requests with a consistently upbeat, guest-centered approach.

You will stay informed about hotel events to proactively assist Villas guests, serve as a liaison to expedite requests, and maintain a courteous demeanor toward all guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in a second language would be beneficial.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability.

Job Summary

• Ability to perform reaching, stooping and/or crouching motions repeatedly
